चंद्रपूर, दि.10 : आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव कार्यक्रमाच्या धर्तीवर शासनाच्या ग्रामविकास व पंचायत राज विभागाने विविध कार्यक्रम हाती घेतले आहे. त्यानुसार, संपूर्ण देशात व राज्यात ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ व ‘मेरी मिट्टी मेरा देश’ (मिट्टी को नमन विरों का वंदन) अभियान राबविण्यात येत आहे.
या उपक्रमानुसार प्रत्येक गाव ते शहरापर्यंत सदर अभियानाबाबत जनजागृती व साक्षरता निर्माण व्हावी या अनुषंगाने, दि. 7 ते 12 ऑगस्ट 2023 या कालावधीत जिल्ह्यातील इयत्ता 1 ली ते 12 वीच्या सर्व शाळांमध्ये गटनिहाय विविध स्पर्धांचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. ज्यामध्ये निबंध स्पर्धा, वक्तृत्व स्पर्धा, घोषवाक्य स्पर्धा, स्लोगन स्पर्धा तसेच चित्रकला स्पर्धा आदी स्पर्धांचा समावेश आहे. त्यासोबतच या अभियानांतर्गत सर्व शाळांमधून 12 ऑगस्ट रोजी प्रभात फेरीचे आयोजन करण्यात येणार असल्याचे शिक्षणाधिकारी (प्राथ.) राजकुमार हिवारे यांनी कळविले आहे.
सर्व ग्रामपंचायतीमध्ये विशेष ग्रामसभेचे आयोजन : ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ आणि ‘मेरी मिट्टी मेरा देश’ अंतर्गत प्रत्येक गावात जनजागृती व साक्षरता निर्माण व्हावी, यासाठी ग्रामपंचायत क्षेत्रात जाणीव जागृती निर्माण करणे व त्याचप्रमाणे अभियानाला व्यापक प्रसिद्धी मिळून जास्तीत जास्त लोकांना सहभागी करून घेण्याच्या उद्देशाने 9 ऑगस्ट ते 13 ऑगस्ट 2023 या कालावधीत चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील एकूण 825 ग्रामपंचायतीमध्ये विशेष ग्रामसभेचे आयोजन करण्यात येणार आहे.
या अंतर्गत जिल्ह्यातील 825 ग्रामपंचायती मध्ये शासनाने दिलेल्या पंचसुत्री अंतर्गत ध्वज उभारायचा आहे. ध्वजासोबत सेल्फी घेणे, वसुधा वंदन अतंर्गत प्रत्येक गावात वृक्ष लागवड करणे, विरों का वंदन अंतर्गत स्वांतत्र्य सैनिकांना नमन करणे व 15 ऑगस्ट रोजी शिलाफलकम ऊभारून राष्ट्रगिताचे गायन करावयाचे आहे.
देशासाठी बलिदान दिलेले स्वातंत्र्य सैनिक, प्रत्येक सैन्य आणि निमलष्कराशी निगडित लोकांचा व त्यांच्या कुटुंबियांचा सन्मान करण्यात येणार आहे. शिवाय, प्रत्येक गावात 75 झाडे लावण्याचा कार्यक्रमही होणार आहे, असल्याचे उपमुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी कपिलनाथ कलोडे यांनी कळविले आहे.

Chandrapur, 10th: The Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department of the Government have undertaken various programs on the lines of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav programme. Accordingly, the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' and 'Meri Mitti Mera Desh' (Mitti Ko Naman Viron Ka Vandan) campaign is being implemented across the country and the state.
As per this initiative, awareness and literacy should be created about the said campaign from every village to the city. From 7th to 12th August 2023, various group-wise competitions have been organized in all the schools for students from 1st to 12th grade in the district. These include the Essay Competition, Oratory Competition, Slogan Competition, and Painting Competition, etc. Along with this, under this campaign, a Prabhat Pheri will be organized from all the schools on August 12th.
The organization of Special Gram Sabhas in all Gram Panchayats aims to create awareness and literacy in every village under 'Har Ghar Tiranga' and 'Meri Mitti Mera Desh'. It also aims to encourage participation in the campaign. From August 9th to 13th August 2023, special Gram Sabhas will be organized in a total of 825 Gram Panchayats in Chandrapur district.
Under this, the flag will be raised in 825 gram panchayats of the district as per the guidelines provided by the government. People are encouraged to take a selfie with the flag, plant a tree in every village under Vasudha Vandan, salute the freedom fighters under Viron Ka Vandan, and sing the National Anthem on August 15th during the flag hoisting ceremony.
The freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the country, along with people associated with every army and paramilitary, and their families, will be honored. In addition, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Kapil Nath Kalode has informed that a program will be held to plant 75 trees in each village.
