चंद्रपूर, दि.10 : कल्पकता आणि तत्परता या दोन वैशिष्ट्यांसाठी ओळखले जाणारे वने, सांस्कृतिक कार्यमंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांच्या कार्यालयाला आयएसओ मानांकन मिळाले आहे. विशेष म्हणजे ना. मुनगंटीवार अर्थमंत्री असताना सुद्धा त्यांच्या कार्यालयाला हा बहुमान बहाल करण्यात आला होता.
नावीन्यपूर्ण संकल्पना, विविध उपक्रमांची यशस्वी अंमलबजावणी, भेटायला येणाऱ्या नागरिकांच्या अडचणींचे निरसन व्हावे, यासाठी उपयुक्त यंत्रणा आणि कार्यपद्धती यासाठी मंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांचे कार्यालय ओळखले जाते. वने, सांस्कृतिक कार्य आणि मत्स्यव्यवसाय अशा तीन खात्यांची जबाबदारी असूनही अत्यंत वेगाने अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी ना. मुनगंटीवार यांचे कार्यालय सदैव तत्पर असते. सर्वसामान्य नागरिक आणि प्रशासन यांच्यातील दुवा म्हणून काम करणाऱ्या मंत्र्यांच्या कार्यालयाला आयएसओ प्रमाणपत्र मिळाल्यामुळे त्यांचे विशेष कौतुक होत आहे.
बुधवारी ‘मेरी माटी मेरा देश’ अर्थात ‘माझी माती, माझा देश’ अभियानाच्या अंतर्गत आयोजित कार्यक्रमात मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे, उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार, आयएसओचे अधिकारी व्ही. बालकृष्णन यांच्या हस्ते ना. मुनगंटीवार यांना आयएसओ प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान करण्यात आले. या कार्यक्रमाला गृहनिर्माण मंत्री अतुल सावे, मुख्य सचिव मनोज सौनिक, मुख्यमंत्र्यांचे प्रधान सचिव व सांस्कृतिक कार्य विभागाचे सचिव विकास खारगे यांच्यासह इतर मान्यवर उपस्थित होते. आयएसओ प्रमाणपत्र मिळाल्यानंतर श्री. मुनगंटीवार यांनी आपल्या कार्यालयातील सर्व सहकाऱ्यांचे अभिनंदन व कौतुक केले.

सहा वर्षांतील दुसरा बहुमान : यापूर्वी 2017 मध्ये पहिल्यांदा बहुमान मिळाला होता. गेल्या सहा वर्षांत मंत्री म्हणून ना. मुनगंटीवार यांच्या कार्यालयाला मिळालेला हा दुसरा बहुमान आहे. मंत्रालयात कामासाठी येणाऱ्या नागरिकांच्या तक्रारींचे निरसन व्हावे, त्यांना अकारण ये-जा करावी लागू नये, यासाठी त्यांच्या तक्रारींची, निवेदनाची दखल घेत त्यांच्या कामासंदर्भातील पाठपुरावा करण्याची कार्यपद्धती या कार्यालयात अवलंबली जात आहे.
कामांचे शिस्तबद्ध नियोजन : मंत्री कार्यालयातील वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ते अगदी लिपिकापर्यंत कामांचे शिस्तबद्ध नियोजन केले जाते. प्रत्येकाची कार्यपद्धती ठरवून देण्यात येत असून त्याची अंमलबजावणी व्यवस्थित व्हावी, यासाठी स्वत: मंत्री ना. मुनगंटीवार सातत्याने आग्रही असतात आणि त्यासंदर्भात पाठपुरावाही करतात. त्यांच्या याच कार्यपद्धतीची दखल आयएसओ प्रमाणपत्राच्या माध्यमातून सलग दुसऱ्यांदा घेण्यात आली आहे.
Chandrapur, 10th: Known for its creativity and agility, the Forests department has achieved ISO certification for the office of Cultural Affairs Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar. This recognition was initially conferred during Mungantiwar's tenure as Finance Minister.
Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar's office is distinguished by innovative concepts, successful initiative implementations, and effective systems to address citizen concerns. Despite overseeing three departments – Forests, Cultural Affairs, and Fisheries – Mungantiwar's office remains remarkably efficient. The office, serving as a vital link between citizens and administration, has earned commendation for attaining ISO certification.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, along with ISO officer V. Balakrishnan, presented the ISO certification to Mungantiwar. Housing Minister Atul Save, Chief Secretary Manoj Saunik, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Cultural Affairs Department Secretary Vikas Kharge were among the dignitaries present. Following the ISO certification reception, Mr. Mungantiwar expressed gratitude to his colleagues.
Second accolade in six years: This marks the second recognition for Mungantiwar's office, with the first awarded in 2017. Over the past six years of ministerial service, meticulous attention has been given to addressing citizens' grievances. The process involves diligent tracking and resolution of concerns, aimed at minimizing unnecessary visits for citizens.
Systematic work planning: The office ensures disciplined work planning, extending from senior officers to clerical staff. Each individual's tasks are meticulously organized and monitored for successful execution. Minister Mungantiwar's persistent dedication to effective implementation contributes to this achievement. This working approach has garnered ISO certification for the second consecutive time.
