चंद्रपूर - चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील शेगाव येथे एक अत्यंत धक्कादायक प्रकार उघडकीस आला आहे. येथे एका अल्पवयीन मुलीवर लैंगिक अत्याचार झाल्याची घटना समोर आली असून, आरोपींनी या घटनेचे व्हिडिओ चित्रीत करून सोशल मीडियावर प्रसारित केल्याचे उघड झाले आहे.
11 जुलै 2025 रोजी दुपारी साधारण 1:30 ते 2:00 वाजेच्या सुमारास पीडित मुलगी आपल्या वडिलांसोबत शेगाव पोलीस ठाण्यात आली आणि त्यांनी तक्रार दाखल केली. तक्रारीनुसार, 24 मे 2025 रोजी तिच्यावर अत्याचार करण्यात आला होता.
तक्रार मिळताच पोलिसांनी तात्काळ तपास सुरू केला आणि तिघा आरोपींना अटक केली. या प्रकरणी भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023 अंतर्गत कलम 70 (2), 123, तसेच पोक्सो कायदा अंतर्गत कलम 4 व 6, आणि माहिती तंत्रज्ञान कायद्यानुसार कलम 66(ई) व 67(अ) नुसार गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.
या गुन्ह्याच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर वरिष्ठ पोलीस अधिकाऱ्यांनी घटनास्थळी भेट दिली असून, उपविभागीय पोलीस अधिकारी राकेश जाधव हे स्वतः या प्रकरणाचा तपास करत आहेत.
पोलीस प्रशासनाने नागरिकांना आवाहन केले आहे की, या प्रकरणाशी संबंधित कोणताही व्हिडिओ किंवा फोटो सोशल मीडियावर शेअर करू नये. तसे केल्यास संबंधितांवरही कठोर कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्यात येईल, असे स्पष्ट करण्यात आले आहे.

On July 11, 2025, around 1:30 to 2:00 pm, the victim girl came to Shegaon police station with her father and filed a complaint. According to the complaint, she was raped on May 24, 2025.
On receiving the complaint, the police immediately started an investigation and arrested the three accused. In this case, a case has been registered under Sections 70 (2), 123 of the Indian Penal Code 2023, as well as Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, and Sections 66(E) and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.
Senior police officers have visited the spot in the wake of this crime, and Sub-Divisional Police Officer Rakesh Jadhav is personally investigating the matter.
The police administration has appealed to the citizens not to share any video or photo related to this matter on social media. It has been clarified that strict legal action will be taken against those involved if they do so.
