आरमोरी (गडचिरोली): आरमोरी शहरातील मुख्य रस्त्यावर वसलेल्या लालानी मोटर्स होंडा शोरूमची भिंत अचानक कोसळून भीषण दुर्घटना घडली. शुक्रवारी (८ ऑगस्ट) सायंकाळी सुमारे ५ वाजेच्या सुमारास ही घटना घडली. या दुर्घटनेत तिघांचा जागीच मृत्यू झाला असून तिघे गंभीर जखमी झाले आहेत.
मृतांमध्ये अफसान शेख (३२) आणि तहसीन इस्राईन शेख (३०) हे दोघेही देसाईगंज (जि. गडचिरोली) येथील रहिवासी आहेत. तर तिसरा मृत – आकाश ज्ञानेश्वर बुराडे (२५) – हा निलज, ब्रम्हपुरी (जि. चंद्रपूर) येथील होता.
गंभीर जखमींमध्ये दिपक मेश्राम (२३) आणि विलास मने (५०) – दोघेही आरमोरी येथील – तसेच सौरभ चौधरी (२५, रा. मेंडकी, ब्रम्हपुरी) यांचा समावेश आहे. प्राथमिक माहितीनुसार तिघांच्याही हाडांना गंभीर इजा झाली आहे. जखमींवर आरमोरी उपजिल्हा रुग्णालयात प्राथमिक उपचार करून गडचिरोली जिल्हा रुग्णालयात हलवण्यात आले आहे.
आरमोरी शहरातील लालानी मोटर्स होंडा शोरुम जिल्ह्यात प्रसिद्ध आहे.सदर शोरुममध्ये परिसरातील तसेच इतर ठिकाणाहून नागरिक दुचाकी वाहन खरेदी करण्याकरीता जात असतात.अश्यातच आज,शुक्रवार सायंकाळच्या सुमारास शोरुमध्ये काही नागरिक असतांनाच अचानकपणे क्षणात शोरुमच्या इमारतीची भिंत कोसळली.
आतमध्ये असलेले सहा नागरिक इमारतीच्या मलब्याच्या ढिगाऱ्याखाली दबल्या गेले.भिंत कोसळतच शहरातील नागरिकांनी घटनास्थळी धाव घेत मलब्याच्या ढिगाऱ्याखाली दबल्या गेलेल्यांना बाहेर काढण्याचा प्रयत्न केला असता तिघांचा घटनास्थळीच मृत्यू झाला होता,तर तिघेजण गंभीर जखमी असल्याने त्यांना आरमोरी शहरातील उपजिल्हा रुग्णालयात तात्काळ उपचारार्थ दाखल केले. त्यानंतर तिघांनाही गडचिरोली जिल्हा सामान्य रुग्णालयात पुढील उपचाराकरिता हलविण्यात आले.
या घटनेमुळे परिसरात शोककळा पसरली असून, प्रशासनाच्या बांधकाम सुरक्षेवरील भूमिकेवर प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित झाले आहे.
English Version: Wall Collapse at Honda Showroom in Armori: 3 Dead, 3 Seriously Injured
Armori (Gadchiroli):
A tragic incident occurred in Armori town of Gadchiroli district on Friday, August 8, around 5 PM, when a wall of the well-known Lalani Motors Honda showroom collapsed. The sudden collapse buried six individuals under the debris, resulting in the on-spot death of three people and serious injuries to three others.
The deceased have been identified as Afsana Shaikh (32) and Tahseen Israil Shaikh (30), both residents of Desaiganj, Gadchiroli, and Akash Dnyaneshwar Burade (25), a resident of Nilaj, Brahmapuri, Chandrapur.
The injured include Deepak Meshram (23) and Vilas Mane (50), both from Armori, and Saurabh Chaudhary (25) from Mendki, Brahmapuri, Chandrapur. All three reportedly suffered multiple fractures. They were first treated at the Armori Sub-District Hospital and later shifted to Gadchiroli District General Hospital for further medical care.
Lalani Motors is a reputed two-wheeler dealership in the region. At the time of the incident, several customers were present in the showroom when, without warning, a section of the wall gave way, burying six individuals underneath.
Local residents rushed to the spot and tried to rescue those trapped under the rubble. Unfortunately, three were already dead by the time they were pulled out. The incident has shocked the local community and raised serious concerns about building safety standards and structural maintenance.
