गडचिरोली (प्रतिनिधी): "हरित महाराष्ट्र, समृद्ध महाराष्ट्र" या अभियानांतर्गत गडचिरोली जिल्ह्यातील एक कोटी वृक्ष लागवड मोहिमेचा शुभारंभ मुख्यमंत्री आणि जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या हस्ते मंगळवार, २२ जुलै रोजी होणार आहे.
या उपक्रमाचा प्रारंभ गडचिरोली कृषी महाविद्यालयाच्या प्रांगणात दुपारी २ वाजता होणार असून, या उद्घाटन सोहळ्यास सहपालकमंत्री ॲड. आशिष जयस्वाल, आमदार सुधाकर अडबाले, डॉ. अभिजीत वंजारी, धर्मरावबाबा आत्राम, डॉ. मिलींद नरोटे, रामदास मसराम तसेच अप्पर मुख्य सचिव (वने) व जिल्ह्याचे पालक सचिव मिलींद म्हैसकर उपस्थित राहणार आहेत. ही माहिती जिल्हाधिकारी अविश्यांत पंडा व मुख्य वनसंरक्षक रमेशकुमार यांनी दिली.
कार्यक्रमाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांचे आगमन आज, सोमवार २१ जुलै रोजी गडचिरोलीत होणार आहे. त्याआधी जिल्हाधिकारी पंडा यांनी आज कार्यक्रमस्थळी भेट देऊन संपूर्ण तयारीचा आढावा घेतला.
या वृक्ष लागवड पंधरवाड्यात पहिल्या टप्प्यात ४० लाख वृक्षांची लागवड केली जाणार असून, संपूर्ण मोहिमेअंतर्गत जिल्ह्यात एक कोटी झाडांचे उद्दिष्ट गाठले जाणार आहे.
कार्यक्रमाच्या आयोजनासाठी करण्यात आलेल्या व्यवस्था – मंडप, व्यासपीठ व बैठक व्यवस्थेची पाहणी करताना जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी संबंधित विभागांना योग्य सूचना दिल्या आणि कार्यक्रम सुरळीत पार पाडण्यासाठी तयारी सुनिश्चित केली.
या वेळी अप्पर जिल्हाधिकारी नितीन गावंडे, उपवनसंरक्षक श्रीमती आर्या, सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाच्या अधीक्षक अभियंता नीता ठाकरे, अप्पर पोलीस अधीक्षक गोकूल, उपजिल्हाधिकारी (रोजगार हमी योजना) स्मिता बेलपत्रे, एनआयसीचे संजय त्रिपाठी तसेच अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
CM Devendra Fadnavis to Launch One-Crore Tree Plantation Drive in Gadchiroli:
Gadchiroli: As part of the "Green Maharashtra, Prosperous Maharashtra" campaign, a large-scale tree plantation drive aiming to Plant One Crore saplings in Gadchiroli district will be inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister and Guardian Minister of the district, Devendra Fadnavis, on Tuesday, July 22.
The launch event is scheduled at 2 PM in the premises of the College of Agriculture, Gadchiroli. Several dignitaries will be present, including Co-Guardian Minister Adv. Ashish Jaiswal, MLAs Sudhakar Adbale, Dr. Abhijit Wanjarri, Dharmaraobaba Atram, Dr. Milind Narote, and Ramdas Masram, as well as Principal Secretary (Forests) and Guardian Secretary of the district Milind Mhaiskar, according to information provided by District Collector Avishyat Panda and Chief Conservator of Forests Ramesh Kumar.
In preparation for the event, CM Fadnavis is scheduled to arrive in Gadchiroli today, Monday, July 21. Ahead of the launch, Collector Avishyat Panda visited the venue and reviewed all arrangements to ensure smooth execution. The event also marks the beginning of the district's Tree Plantation Fortnight, with 40 lakh trees to be planted during the first phase itself — a major step toward achieving the overall goal of planting one crore trees.
During the site visit, Collector Panda inspected seating arrangements, stage setup, and other logistical details. He instructed all departments involved to ensure proper coordination for the event's success.
Also present during the inspection were Additional District Collector Nitin Gawande, Deputy Conservator of Forests Mrs. Arya, Superintendent Engineer of the Public Works Department Neeta Thakre, Additional Superintendent of Police Gokul, Deputy Collector (Employment Guarantee Scheme) Smita Belpatre, NIC representative Sanjay Tripathi, and other departmental officers.
