चंद्रपूर : चंद्रपूर महानगरपालिका हद्दीत परवानगी न घेता अनधिकृत बॅनर होर्डींग, स्टिकर्स लावणाऱ्यांविरुद्ध सक्त कारवाई केली जाणार असुन संबंधितांनी याची नोंद घेऊन रीतसर परवानगी घेऊनच बॅनर अथवा होर्डींग लावण्याचे आवाहन मनपातर्फे करण्यात येत आहे.
महानगरपालिका हद्दीत डिजिटल पोस्टर्स, जाहिरातीची होर्डिंग, बॅनर उभारतांना मनपाकडून रीतसर परवानगी घेऊन यासंबंधी आकारण्यात येणारा टॅक्स भरणे आवश्यक असते. मात्र अनेकदा टॅक्स न भरता व परवानगीही न घेता बॅनर इत्यादी लावण्यात येतात.
अश्या अनधिकृत बॅनर, होर्डिंग्सची मुळे शहराचे विद्रुपीकरण तर होतेच शिवाय मनपाचे आर्थिक नुकसानही होते.अश्या व्यक्तीवर आता कारवाई केली जाणार असुन प्रसंगी शहर विद्रुपीकरण कायद्यांतर्गत गुन्हासुद्धा दाखल केल्या जाणार आहे.
Chandrapur: Strict action will be taken against those who put up unauthorized banner hoarding, stickers without taking permission in Chandrapur Municipal Corporation and the concerned people are requested to take note of this and put-up banner or hoarding only after taking proper permission.
While erecting digital posters, advertisement hoardings, banners within the Municipal Corporation limits, it is necessary to pay the tax levied in this regard after obtaining proper permission from the Municipal Corporation. But often banners etc. are put up without paying tax and without taking permission.
Such unauthorized banners and hoardings not only cause disfigurement of the city but also cause financial loss to the Municipal Corporation.
