मुल - मागील तीन वर्षांपासून या - ना त्या का सततच्या शेतीच्या नापीकी पणामुळे नांदगाव येथील युवा शेतकऱ्यांनी आत्महत्या ( Young Farmer suicide ) केल्याची धक्कदायक घटना 22 जुलै रोजी सकाळी 8 वाजता घडली.
सविस्तर माहितीनुसार वृतांत - जिल्हयातील मुल तालुक्यातील नांदगाव येथील युवा शेतकरी सदाशिव प्रकाश भंडारे वय (29) हा युवक आपला आजोबा मनोहर रघुजी भंडारे नांदगाव यांची शेती त्यांचा नातू सदाशिव प्रकाश भंडारे हा करीत होता. त्याचेवर सहकारी सोसायटी किंवा बँकेचे कर्ज नसल्याचे समजले. यावर्षी खरीप पिकात त्यांनी शेतात धान आणि कापूस पिकाची लागवड केली.
मात्र मागील पंधरवड्यात सतत सुरु असलेल्या मुसळधार पाऊसामुळे युवा शेतकऱ्याने तीनदा पऱ्हाटीची लागवड करूनही काहीही फायदा झाला नाही. पूर्ण पेरण्या वाया गेल्याने तो आर्थिक चिंतेत वावरत होता असे समजले. असे असताना 22 रोजी सकाळी 8 वाजता शेतकरी जगदीश मोहुरले यांच्या शेतात असलेल्या तलावात उडी घेऊन आत्महत्या करुन स्वतःचे जीवन संपविले. त्याचे मागे मोठा परिवार असल्याने त्याच्या परिवाराला आर्थिक मदत शासनाने करावी अशी मागणी नांदगाव उपसरपंच सागर देऊरवार यांनी केली आहे.

According to detailed information, the young farmer Sadashiv Prakash Bhandare aged (29) from Nandgaon in Mul Taluka of the district was doing the farming of his grandfather Manohar Raghuji Bhandare Nandgaon and his grandson Sadashiv Prakash Bhandare. It is understood that he has no loan from the co-operative society or the bank. This year in the kharif crop, he planted paddy and cotton crops in the field.
But due to the continuous heavy rains in the last fortnight, even though the young farmer planted paddy three times, there was no benefit. It was understood that he was suffering from financial anxiety due to complete loss of crops. Meanwhile, on the 22nd at 8 am, farmer Jagdish Mohurle committed suicide by jumping into the pond in his farm. As he has a large family behind him, Nandgaon Upsarpanch Sagar Deurwar has demanded that the government provide financial assistance to his family.
