आष्टी : जिल्ह्यात संतत मुसळधार पावसामुळे नदी आणि नाले ओसंडून वाहत आहे. गोसेखुर्द धरणाची ( Gosikhurd Dam ) पाणी पातळी कायम राखण्यासाठी विसर्ग सुरु केलं आहे. त्यामुळे वैनगंगा नदीच्या ( Wainganga River Bridge ) पुलावरून काल 11 वाजेपासून पाणी वाहू लागल्यामुळे आष्टी ते चंद्रपूर मार्ग दुसऱ्यांदा बंद करण्यात आले आहे.
जिल्ह्यात संततधार पावसामुळे गोसेखुर्द धरणांमधून पाणी सोडण्यात येत असल्यामुळे चामोर्शी तालुक्यातील महत्वाचे ठिकाण असलेल्या आष्टी येथील वैनगंगा नदीपुलावरुन सकाळी 10 ते 11 वाजतापासून पाणी वाहत असल्यामुळे आष्टी चंद्रपुर मार्ग दुसऱ्यांदा बंद झाले आहे, त्याला पर्यायी म्हणून घाटकूळ मार्ग सुरु आहे.
परंतु अनखोड़ा ते जयरामपुर मार्गाची पहिलेच दयनीय अवस्था असताना आष्टी ते चंद्रपूर मार्ग बन्द असल्यामुळे वहनधारक या मार्गाचा वापर करत असल्यामुळे परत जयरामपुर वासियांना यापेक्षा बिकट परीस्थितीला समोर जावे लागणार असल्याची खंत माझी सरपंच जयरामपुर हरेश निखाडे यांनी व्यक्त केलि आहे.

Therefore, the Ashti to Chandrapur route has been closed for the second time as water started flowing over the Wainganga river bridge from 11 am yesterday.
Ashti to Chandrapur Road has been closed for the second time due to water flowing from Wainganga river bridge at Ashti, an important place in Chamorshi taluka, from 10 am to 11 am due to continuous rain in the district due to release of water from Gosikhurd Dam, Ghatkul Road has been started as an alternative.
But the former sarpanch of Jairampur Haresh Nikhade has expressed his regret that when the Ankhoda to Jairampur road was in a miserable condition, the residents of Jairampur will have to face a worse situation due to the closure of the Ashti to Chandrapur road.
