चंद्रपूर:- जिल्ह्यातील दहावीच्या विद्यार्थिनीचा विनयभंग ( 10th class girl molested ) करणाऱ्या शिक्षकास रामनगर पोलिसांनी ( Ramnagar police ) कलम 354 पोस्को, ॲट्रॉसिटी ॲक्ट कायद्यांतर्गत गुन्हा दाखल करून अटक केली आहे. अभिजीत मधुकर रागिट (36) ( Abhijit Madhukar Ragit ) असे अटकेतील शिक्षकाचे नाव आहे.
पीडित विद्यार्थिनी शहरातील एका नामांकित विद्यालयात दहावीचा शिक्षण घेत आहे. मागील एक महिन्यापासून शिक्षक तिचा विनयभंग करत होता. शेवटी सततच्या त्रासाला कंटाळून पीडित मुलीने रामनगर पोलीस स्टेशन गाठून बुधवारी शिक्षकाविरुद्ध तक्रार केली.
त्यानुसार रामनगर पोलिसांनी कलम 354 पोस्को ॲट्रॉसिटी अंतर्गत गुन्हा दाखल करून अभिजीत रागीट यास अटक केली. गुरुवारी त्याला न्यायालयात हजर केले असता त्याची कारागृहात रवानगी करण्यात आली आहे. पुढील तपास चंद्रपूरचे एसडीपीओ सुधीर नंदनवार आहेत.
Chandrapur:- The Ramnagar police have registered a case under Section 354 POSCO, Atrocities Act and arrested the teacher who molested a class 10 student. The arrested teacher has been identified as Abhijit Madhukar Ragit (36).
The victim student is studying in a reputed school in the city. The teacher was molesting her for the past one month. Finally, fed up with the constant harassment, the victim reached the Ramnagar police station and filed a complaint against the teacher on Wednesday.
Accordingly, Ramnagar police registered a case under Section 354 POSCO Atrocity and arrested Abhijeet Rageet. He was produced in court on Thursday and sent to jail. Further investigating is Sudhir Nandanwar, SDPO of Chandrapur.
