ब्रम्हपुरी:- वाढदिवसाच्या निमित्ताने केकवर लावलेली फवारे उडविणारी मेणबत्तीचा स्फोट झाल्याने दहा वर्षाचा मुलगा जखमी झाल्याची धक्कादायक घटना समोर आली आहे. या स्फोटात बालकाचा गाल पूर्णतः फाटला होता.चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील ब्रह्मपुरी शहरात ही घटना घडली.
जखमी मुलाचे नाव आरंभ डोंगरे (10) असून तो भीसी गावातील आहे. तो आपल्या वडिलांच्या मित्राकडे वाढदिवसाला आला होता. वाढदिवस सुरू असतानाच ही घटना घडली. घटनेनंतर बालकाला तात्काळ ब्रह्मपुरी शहरातील आस्था रुग्णालयात दाखल करण्यात आलं. रुग्णालयातील डाॅक्टरांच्या टीमने त्या बालकावर प्लास्टिक सर्जरी करून 150 च्या जवळपास टाक्यांची तब्बल पाच तासांची यशस्वी शस्त्रक्रिया केली. चिमूर तालुक्यातील भिसी येथील रहिवासी असलेले विनोद डोंगरे हे आपल्या पत्नी व 10 वर्षीय मुलासह मित्राच्या घरी असलेल्या वाढदिवसाच्या कार्यक्रमाला गेले होते. तेव्हा सायंकाळी 6 वाजता वाढदिवसाचा कार्यक्रम सुरू झाला.
केकवर असलेली फवारे उडवणारी मेणबत्ती पेटविण्यात आली. मेणबत्तीवर फुंकर घालून विझविण्यातसुध्दा आली. केकसुध्दा कापून झाला. ही मेणबत्ती केकवरून काढून बाजूला फेकण्यात आली. तेव्हा कार्यक्रमात गेलेले विनोद डोंगरे यांचा 10 वर्षीय मुलगा आरंभ याने ती मेणबत्ती आपल्या हातात पकडली असता तिचा स्फोट झाला. स्फोटाची भीषणता एवढी होती की, त्यामध्ये आरंभ याचा उजवा गाल पूर्णतः फाटून छिन्नविछिन्न झाला.
गालातून मोठ्या प्रमाणात रक्तस्राव झाला. त्याला ब्रम्हपुरी येथील आस्था रुग्णालयात उपचारासाठी दाखल करण्यात आल्यानंतर लगेचच शुक्रवारी त्याच्यावर प्लास्टिक सर्जरी करून त्याचा फाटलेला गालाचा भाग आणि जीभ जोडण्यात आली. गालावर तब्बल 150 टाके मारण्यात आले. ही शस्त्रक्रिया प्लास्टिक सर्जन डॉ. श्रीकांत पेरका, डॉ. सुमित जयस्वाल, डॉ. पंकज लडके यांनी यशस्वीपणे पार पाडली.
संबंधित बालक गंभीर अवस्थेत होता, त्याची पूर्णत: जीभसुद्धा फाटली होती. उजवा डोळा 2 ते 3 सेमीने वाचला, दोन ते तीन दिवस त्याला बोलता व काहीही खाता येत नव्हते. अशा बिकट परिस्थितीत आम्ही नागपूरवरून प्लास्टिक सर्जन डॉ. श्रीकांत पेरका यांना उपचारासाठी पाचारण केले. उपचारादरम्यान 150 टाके मारावे लागले.

Bramhapuri:- A shocking incident has come to light in which a ten-year-old boy was injured when a candle blowing fountains placed on a birthday cake exploded. The child's cheek was completely torn in this explosion. This incident took place in Brahmapuri town of Chandrapur district.
The name of the injured boy is Aramb Dongre (10) and he belongs to Bhisi village. He had come to his father's friend for his birthday. This incident happened when the birthday party was going on. After the incident, the child was immediately admitted to Astha Hospital in Brahmapuri city. A team of doctors from the hospital performed plastic surgery on the child and performed a successful five-hour operation of around 150 stitches. Vinod Dongre, a resident of Bhisi in Chimur taluk, along with his wife and 10-year-old son had gone to a friend's birthday party. Then the birthday program started at 6 pm.
The sprinkler candle on the cake was lit. The candle was also extinguished by blowing on it. The cake was also cut. This candle was removed from the cake and thrown aside. Then Vinod Dongre's 10-year-old son Aramb, who had attended the event, held the candle in his hand and it exploded. The explosion was so fierce that Arambha's right cheek was completely torn off.
There was profuse bleeding from the cheek. Soon after he was admitted to Astha Hospital in Bramhapuri, he underwent plastic surgery on Friday to reattach his torn cheek and tongue. As many as 150 stitches were given on the cheek. This surgery is done by plastic surgeon Dr. Shrikant Perka, Dr. Sumit Jaiswal, Dr. Successfully completed by Pankaj Ladke.
The child concerned was in critical condition, his tongue was also completely torn off. His right eye was saved by 2 to 3 cm, he could not speak or eat anything for two to three days.
