Covid-19 Chandrapur: The district reported 56 fresh novels Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and 03 fatalities in the last 24-hours. In the day, a total of 161 people successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease, taking the number of cumulative recovered to 81,628.
According to the official report, out of 122 total positive cases, Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Area 11, Chandrapur Taluka 8, Ballarpur 8, Bhadravati 5, Bramhapuri 2, Nagbhid 0, Sindevahi 0, Mul 2, Sawali 0, Pobhurna 0, Gondpipri 2, Rajura 3, Chimur 0, Warora 3, Korpana 6, Jivti 0 and 6 patients from other places.
With the latest update, the total number of cases has surged to 84,143 while the number of deaths rose to 1495.
On the day 161 patients were successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease taking the numbers of total recovered patients at 81,628.
After the fresh updates, the total active cases in the city now stand at 1,020 including asymptomatic cases advised for home isolation.
