चंद्रपूर:- जगातील 193 देशांपैकी 14 देशांमध्ये वाघ आहेत. त्यापैकी सर्वाधिक वाघ भारतात असून देशात चंद्रपूर जिल्हा हा वाघांच्या संख्येत क्रमांक एक वर आहे. एकप्रकारे जगातील सर्वाधिक वाघ असलेला आपला जिल्हा आहे. वाघ हा सामर्थ्याचे प्रतीक मानला जातो. त्यामुळेच काश्मिरपासून कन्याकुमारीपर्यंत चंद्रपूर जिल्हा हा सामर्थ्य आणि पराक्रमाचे प्रतीक व्हावे, अशी अपेक्षा राज्याचे वने, सांस्कृतिक कार्य, मत्स्यव्यवसाय मंत्री तथा जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांनी व्यक्त केली.
पोलिस मुख्यालय येथे मुख्य शासकीय ध्वजारोहण केल्यानंतर जनतेला प्रजासत्ताक दिनाचा संदेश देतांना ते बोलत होते. यावेळी जिल्हाधिकारी विनय गौडा जी.सी., मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी विवेक जॉन्सन, जिल्हा पोलिस अधिक्षक रविंद्रसिंह परदेसी, मनपा आयुक्त विपीन पालीवाल आदी उपस्थित होते.
सुरवातीला प्रजासत्ताक दिनाच्या शुभेच्छा देऊन पालकमंत्री श्री. मुनगंटीवार म्हणाले, सर्व धर्म आणि सर्व पंथांचा सन्मान करणारा हा आपला राष्ट्रीय उत्सव आहे. तसेच चांगल्या भावनेने काम करण्याचा हा संकल्प दिवस आहे. नाभीच्या देठापासून ‘जय हिंद’ किंवा भारत ‘माता की जय’ म्हटले तर आपली 50 टक्के देशभक्ती दिसून येते. मात्र 100 टक्के देशभक्ती सिध्द करायची असेल तर आपली कर्तव्य तत्परता कृतीतून दाखवावी लागेल. गत 75 वर्षात आपण संविधानातील आपले मुलभूत अधिकार बघितले. त्याबद्दल केवळ चर्चा केली. मात्र या संविधानाची तोपर्यंत पूर्ण फलश्रृती पूर्ण होणार नाही, जोपर्यंत आपण आपल्या कर्तव्याबद्दल चर्चा करणार नाही.
स्वातंत्र्याच्या अमृत महोत्सवापासून तर शताब्दी महोत्सवापर्यंत स्वत:ला कर्तव्यासाठी अर्पण करा. भयमुक्त, भुकमुक्त, विषमतामुक्त, प्रदुषणमुक्त, रोजगारयुक्त समाज आपल्याला घडवायचा आहे. समता, ममता, बंधुता हे शब्द ओठांपुरते मर्यादीत झाले आहेत. दिलेले कर्तव्य मी पूर्ण करेन, असा संकल्प करा. विद्यार्थ्यांनो खुप मोठे व्हा, अभ्यास करा, हाच या तिरंग्याला खरा ‘सॅलूट’ आहे. हा ध्वज केवळ कापडाचा एक तुकडा नाही तर आपल्या सर्वांसाठी तो प्राणप्रिय आहे. स्वातंत्र्यासाठी हजारो हुतात्म्यांनी आपल्या प्राणाची आहुती दिली आहे. या बलिदानाला सैदव आठवणीत ठेवा, असे आवाहनही त्यांनी उपस्थितांना केले.
पालकमंत्र्यांच्या हस्ते उत्कृष्ट कार्य करणाऱ्या मान्यवरांचा सत्कार
ध्वजदिन निधी संकलनात सन-2021 मध्ये जिल्हयाने दिलेल्या उद्दिष्टानुसार 41 लक्ष 45 हजार (104 टक्के) इतका निधी संकलित केल्याबद्दल सैनिक कल्याण विभाग, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे तर्फे जिल्हाधिकारी विनय गौडा जी. सी. यांचा पालकमंत्र्यांच्या हस्ते स्मृतीचिन्ह देऊन सत्कार करण्यात आला.
सोबतच हवालदार नरेंद्र रामाजी वाघमारे ताम्रपट प्राप्त सैनिकांचा जिल्हा प्रशासनामार्फत सत्कार करण्यात आला. पोलिस विभागात उत्कृष्ट कार्य केल्याबद्दल उत्कृष्ट अन्वेषण अधिकारी म्हणून पोलिस उपाधीक्षक (गृह) राधिका फडके, ब्रह्मपुरीचे उपविभागीय पोलिस अधिकारी मिलिंद शिंदे, पोलिस उपनिरीक्षक बाजीराव झाडे, गुणवत्तापूर्वक सेवा व पोलिस पदकासाठी निवड झाल्याबद्दल रामनगर पोलिस ठाण्याचे पोलिस उपनिरीक्षक चंद्रकांत लांबट, सायबर गुन्हे जनजागृतीकरीता सायबर पोलिस स्टेशनचे मुजावर युसुफ अली तर 2 ते 13 जानेवारी 2023 दरम्यान पुणे येथे आयोजित मिनी ऑलिम्पिक व महाराष्ट्र राज्य पोलिस क्रीडा स्पर्धामध्ये वुशू खेळ प्रकारात गोल्ड मेडल मिळाल्याबद्दल महिला नायक पोलिस शिपाई प्रिती बोरकर यांचा सत्कार पालकमंत्री मुनगंटीवार यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आला.
जिल्हा क्रीडा अधिकारी कार्यालयामार्फत सन 2019-20, 2020-21 व 2021-22 या वर्षात क्रीडा क्षेत्रात उत्कृष्ट कार्य केल्याबद्दल गुणवंत खेळाडूंना प्रमाणपत्र, स्मृतीचिन्ह व रोख रु. 10 हजार देऊन गौरविण्यात आले. स्वातंत्र्य संग्राम सैनिक स्व.बाबूराव बनकर यांच्या स्मृतिप्रित्यर्थ दिवाकर बनकर यांनी योग सादर केलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना पारितोषिक दिले.
जिल्हा आरोग्य अधिकारी कार्यालयामार्फत पोंभुर्णाचे वैद्यकीय अधीक्षक तथा तालुका आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ.संदेश मामीडवार, प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्र तळोधीचे वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ. तुषार मंडल, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी कार्यालयामार्फत सुंदर माझे कार्यालय अभियानांतर्गत राबविण्यात आलेल्या स्पर्धेमध्ये प्राविण्य प्राप्त पंचायत समिती, चंद्रपूर प्रथम क्रमांक व पंचायत समिती पोंभुर्णा द्वितीय क्रमांक यांना पुरस्कार वितरण करण्यात आले. वीरपत्नी व वीरमाता, वीरपिता, तसेच शौर्यचक्र प्राप्त सुभेदार शंकर मेंगरे यांचा पालकमंत्र्यांच्या हस्ते सत्कार करण्यात आला.
कार्यक्रमाच्या सुरवातीला पालकमंत्र्याच्या हस्ते ध्वजारोहण झाल्यानंतर त्यांनी पोलिस परेडचे निरीक्षण केले. यावेळी पोलिस, होमगार्ड, नक्षल विरोधी पथक, स्काऊट-गाईड, एनसीसी, तसेच इतर विद्यार्थ्यांनी देखील पथसंचलन केले.

In a way, our district has the highest number of tigers in the world. A tiger is considered a symbol of strength. Through the office of the District Sports Officer, the meritorious sportspersons will be awarded certificates, mementos and cash of Rs. 10 thousand was awarded. Diwakar Bankar gave the prize to the students who performed yoga in memory of the freedom fighter Sr. Baburao Bankar.
