चंद्रपूर : जिल्ह्यातील पूर परिस्थतीमुळे शेतकरी हवालदिल झाला आहे. पेरणी केलेल्या बियाणांसोबतच खतेसुध्दा वाहून गेली आहेत. त्यामुळे शेतक-यांसमोर दुबार पेरणीचे आव्हान आहे. अशा परिस्थितीत राष्ट्रीयकृत बँकाची पीक कर्जवाटपाची गती अतिशय संथ आहे. शेतकरी संकटात असतांना बँकांची असंवेदनशीलता ही अतिशय गंभीर बाब आहे. पुढील आठवड्यापर्यंत कर्ज वाटपाचा आकडा वाढला नाही तर बँकांमधून शासकीय खाती गोठविण्याचा निर्णय नाईलाजास्तव घ्यावा लागेल, अशा शब्दात जिल्हाधिकारी अजय गुल्हाने यांनी बँकर्सला स्पष्ट इशारा दिला.

जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात खरीप हंगाम पीक कर्जवाटपाचा आढावा घेतांना ते बोलत होते. यावेळी अतिरिक्त जिल्हाधिकारी विद्युत वरखेडकर, नाबार्डचे जिल्हा विकास प्रबंधक तृणाल फुलझेले, जिल्हा अग्रणी बँक व्यवस्थापक प्रशांत धोंगळे, जिल्हा अधिक्षक कृषी अधिकारी भाऊसाहेब ब-हाटे यांच्यासह बँकांचे प्रतिनिधी उपस्थित होते.

पूर परिस्थितीमुळे बँकांना पुन्हा कर्जवाटपाची संधी आहे, असे सांगून जिल्हाधिकारी श्री. गुल्हाने म्हणाले, कर्जवाटपाची गती वाढविण्यासाठी विशेष शिबिर घ्यावे. याबाबतचा नियोजनबध्द आराखडा तात्काळ सादर करा. पूर परिस्थितीच्या गावातील शेतक-यांना तात्काळ कर्ज योजनेंतर्गत 50 हजार रुपयांपर्यंत कर्ज वाटप करता येते. ही योजना प्रभावीपणे राबविण्यासाठी अग्रणी बँक व्यवस्थापकांनी गावांची यादी बँकर्सना पुरवावी. बँकांकडून किती खातेदारांना किती रक्कमेचे कर्जवाटप झाले आहे, ते कागदावर दिसणे आवश्यक आहे. नवीन खातेदारांना सुद्धा कर्ज द्या. 31 जुलैपर्यंत जास्तीत जास्त कर्ज वाटप झाले पाहिजे, अशा सूचना जिल्हाधिका-यांनी दिल्या.

खरीप हंगाम 2022 – 23 मध्ये जिल्ह्यासाठी 1181 कोटींचे कर्जवाटपाचे उद्दिष्ट आहे. 1 एप्रिल ते 21 जुलै 2022 पर्यंत 82803 शेतक-यांना 719 कोटींचे कर्जवाटप करण्यात आले असून ही टक्केवारी 61 आहे. यात चंद्रपूर जिल्हा मध्यवर्ती सहकारी बँक 79 टक्के, विदर्भ कोकण ग्रामीण बँक 70 टक्के, कॅनरा बँक 45 टक्के, बँक ऑफ इंडिया 43 टक्के, पंजाब नॅशनल बँक 32 टक्के, आयडीबीआय बँक 30 टक्के, बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र 23 टक्के, स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडिया 20 टक्के यांचा समावेश आहे.

Collector Ajay Gulhane gave a clear warning to the bankers in the words that if the number of loan allocation does not increase by next week, the decision to freeze the government accounts from the banks will have to be taken indefinitely.

He was speaking while reviewing Kharif season crop loan distribution at the Collector's office. On this occasion Additional Collector Vidyut Varkhedkar, District Development Manager of NABARD Trinal Phulzele, District Pioneer Bank Manager Prashant Dhongle, District Superintendent Agriculture Officer Bhausaheb B-Hate and representatives of banks were present.

Due to the flood situation, the banks have an opportunity to distribute loans again, said Collector Shri. Gulhane said, a special camp should be conducted to increase the speed of loan disbursement. Submit the planning plan in this regard immediately. Farmers in flood-prone villages can get loans up to Rs 50,000 under the immediate loan scheme. For effective implementation of this scheme, the leading bank managers should provide the list of villages to the bankers. How many account holders have been disbursed by the banks and what amount of loan has been disbursed, it must be seen on paper. Also lend to new account holders. The District Collector has given instructions that the maximum loan should be distributed by July 31.
