Covid-19 Chandrapur: The district reported 58 fresh novels Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and 05 fatalities in the last 24-hours. In the day, a total of 137 people successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease, taking the number of cumulative recovered to 81,997.
According to the official report, out of 58 total positive cases, Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Area 4, Chandrapur Taluka 3, Ballarpur 5, Bhadravati 1, Bramhapuri 1, Nagbhid 0, Sindevahi 1, Mul 2, Sawali 0, Pobhurna 4, Gondpipri 0, Rajura 2, Chimur 0, Warora 3, Korpana 12, Jivti 0 and 20 patients from other places.
With the latest update, the total number of cases has surged to 84,301 while the number of deaths rose to 1507.
On the day 137 patients were successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease taking the numbers of total recovered patients at 81,997.
After the fresh updates, the total active cases in the city now stand at 797 including asymptomatic cases advised for home isolation.
