Covid-19 Chandrapur: The district reported 88 fresh novels Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and 02 fatalities in the last 24-hours. In the day, a total of 177 people successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease, taking the number of cumulative recovered to 81,296.
According to the official report, out of 122 total positive cases, Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Area 37, Chandrapur Taluka 8, Ballarpur 13, Bhadravati 6, Bramhapuri 0, Nagbhid 1, Sindevahi 2, Mul 0, Sawali 0, Pobhurna 1, Gondpipri 0, Rajura 7, Chimur 1, Warora 8, Korpana 3, Jivti 0 and 1 patient from other places.
With the latest update, the total number of cases has surged to 83,965 while the number of deaths rose to 1490.
On the day 177 patients were successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease taking the numbers of total recovered patients at 81,296.
After the fresh updates, the total active cases in the city now stand at 1,179 including asymptomatic cases advised for home isolation.
