Covid-19 Chandrapur: The district reported 234 fresh novels Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases — lowest single-day spike — and 13 fatalities in the last 24-hours. In the day, a total of 960 people successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease, taking the numbers of cumulative recovered to 75,483.
According to the official report, out of 234 total positive cases, Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Area 80, Chandrapur Taluka 24, Ballarpur 21, Bhadravati 14, Bramhapuri 02, Nagbhid 12, Sindevahi 04, Mul 08, Sawali 02, Pombhurna 03, Gondpipri 02, Rajura 22, Chimur 02, Warora 11, Korpana 20, Jivti 05 and other 02 patients from other places.
With the latest update, the total number of cases has surged to 81 thousand 512 while the number of deaths rose to 1402.
On the day 960 patients were successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease taking the numbers of total recovered patients at 75,483.
After the fresh updates, the total active cases in the city now stand at 4,627 including asymptomatic cases advised for home isolation.
